Companioning is the theme of the Bereavement group.

Companioning is about learning from others
Companioning is walking alongside each other
Companioning is about being still and slowly moving forward
Companioning is about listening with the heart

        The Bereavement Group will meet on Sundays in the Dougherty Center from
1:45 - 3:00pm on the following dates in 2013:

March 24th	Where am I in the grieving process?
April 7th	*Can I be alone and not lonely?*
April 14th	*How do I handle anger?*
April 21st	*Guilt and Regret*
April 28th	Meeting not held this day
May 5th	*Am I moving on and healing?*
May 19th	*Handling the Holidays*
