Companioning is the theme of the Bereavement group.

Companioning is about learning from others
Companioning is walking alongside each other
Companioning is about being still and slowly moving forward
Companioning is about listening with the heart

        The Bereavement Group will meet on Sundays in the Dougherty Center from
1:45 - 3:00pm on the following dates in 2012:

March 25	Where am I in the grieving process?
April 1st	Can I be alone and not lonely?
April 15th	*Guilt and Regret*
April 22nd	*How do I deal with anger?*
April 29th	*Help handling the Holidays*
May 6th	*Am I moving on and healing?*
